Dr. Hamilton Williams is pleased to announce the formation of his new medical practice, Radiation Oncology of Atlanta, llc. We welcome you, and are glad to continue our mission of excellence, quality and compassion.

How can Radiation Oncology of Atlanta benefit our family of patients? We bring the most advanced medical treatments and medical technology available. We believe that size does matter, and for patient care, smaller is better and more personalized. We have time for the individual attention that every cancer patient needs. We believe we have a new opportunity for a closer relationship. Our patients are not a commodity or a number, they are part of our family.

We welcome all of you. Since beginning our new practice, many of you have called and written us, expressing an interest to continue our good relationships, We would be pleased to see you or just hear from you. If you want to see us personally, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. If you are from out of the Atlanta area, we’ll work with you to see you when you are in town. We would be honored to join with you in your journey as a cancer survivor. To do so, we would like to be up to date on your treatment and current general health care. Please complete the medical records form we include here and return it to us; we will forward it to your treating facilities and physicians. Click here to download the medical records form (link to medical records request form). This form is written to ensure the most important records of your cancer treatment and follow-up are forwarded to us. If you have been treated for prostate cancer, we also need copies of all your questionnaires and answer sheets, as they contain important information about how you have been doing since your treatment. If you wish, it’s OK for you to receive the records yourself. Remember that your medical information is your property. Once you have the records, make a copy for us and bring them to one of our five locations in the Atlanta Metro area. Click here for our locations.
